Just picked up a 58 Edsel Villager Wagon for my Wife.

This car was Completely Rebuilt Mechanical, went on a Round trip to Phoenix, was sent to a body man when it got back, the body man got sick while working on it, and it got shoved in a barn for 23 years.

Its a factory 361/auto car. the 361 is a FE ford motor and was bored and had a 390 Crank put in it. so now its a stock bore 390. IT has a factory aluminum ford intake on it. i was told its 352 Police interceptor piece, but I'm not sure. Anyone know?

Its a factory column shift car. which is odd cause Edsel only offered it from Sept 57 to January 58. Everything in this car works. I fixed the gas Gauge and the Radiator, went through the brakes, rebuilt the carb and thats about it sofar.

It needs some floor work the rear quarters(already have the patches) and the rear side gl*** installed. Thats being done on Monday.

The interior is nice, factory padded dash without a crack, spedo/Factory Tach all works. The seats even had been recovered.

Plans are lower it, paint what was white on the car black with heavy black flake, Lakes pipes. and drive the wheels off of it.

i don't wanna change the Pink cause everything underneath is painted along with the door jams and Firewall and inner fenders. and its the wifes car.

Driving it to the pileup, hopefully pulling my little Tmod.

If someone wanted to do a quick Lowering job for me in photoshop, that would rock. i plan on 3" blocks in the rear and cutting a coil or so up front, and add lakes pipes to help with the lowering without taking too much out, as i wanna pull with it a little.

    heres the pics.
