This movie and "The Big Wheel" made a year earlier are ones I can watch over and over. I like the part when Clark Gable comes in the pits after hot laps, and one of his crew guys stuffs a cigarette in Clark's mouth, before he can get out of the Midget.
DVRed it. Just finished watching it. Yes, the Offy rebuild is great. What does it say tho that I have older machinery in my garage than they were using during that scene?
