It could be many things, depending on the lighting, camera and veiwing screen conditions. In the shade and in the sun can be very different. Maybe take as many pics of the car you can find to a paint shop and see if they can pull out some similar swatches. Someone who knows the car may know what the colour actually is.
I put a bunch of effort into trying to find out this shade of blue when I was painting my roadster. I went with Cotswold Blue which is an old Jaguar color. Here is the Jag pic along with my roadster body.

.... which is how we cl***ify and name all colors. As such, blue paint reflects predominantly blue light, which we categorize and name as being blue. Therefore blue paint is actually blue.......... I rest my case......
My color blind friend sees red and green different. were both correct on which color of light reflected and interpreted by our brains.

Hey Terry, can you read? ! See my post and Badshifter’s post too. Stop referring to a Washington blue color from any ford vintage. It’s not Washington blue.
