yes trying to find some information on a set of wire wheels came with a t bucket i just bought. 18 in diameter not sure what make they are. Would like to find a set of front disc brakes for it. also a set of center caps that are missing. sure could use the help please thanks.
Early rear HD wheels, could be BT or sportster, In not sure but these came fitted with drum brakes. They bring good money and traditional or not its not something I would be running. Might be a good time to upgrade.
ok i think good idea going modern. can i get what a fair price would be for the wheels? i think they will clean up nice .i put 00 steel wool and took no time for shine to come thru
They are Harley big twin hubs, most likely '50s or '60s, that have been hacked to run on those spindles-they were never intended to be run that way. Depending on how much they got "modified" will say what you could get for them. Maybe $50 to 150...
Those are what Harley called 'interchangeable' hubs, used from 1936 to 1966. Also called star hubs. They fit big twins, front and rear and the rear of the 45" Harleys, also the front of the Servicar. I've never heard of any problem using them on T buckets
