I got the Halibrands on the Model A in preparation for the Day of the Drags coming up. The rears are 16x11 with 11.75-16 M&H Racemaster slicks, the fronts are 15x4.5 with 5.60-15 Firestones.

I don't know if it's going to hook up any better or not because the slicks are a little hard, but I think it looks cool if nothing else. The wheels and tires totally changed the look of the car.

I also have been doing some of the metalwork on it over the past few days...it's looking a little better. The p***enger side of the top is pretty close to being done now.

Progress has been pretty slow going because I've been doing customer work...but it'll get done eventually. (If they are ever actually "done"?)

I wish I had some video I could show you, but I think Evel will take care of that in a few weeks.

    Thanks for looking...

Everytime I see this car, I'm speechless. Any compliment would be an understatement or cliche. I like it more and more in each shot........slim

Wow, that car is sooooooo right on, you hit the nail on the head in every aspect on that car. Perfect look from any angle. Doesn't really matter weather you have that wheel/tire combo, or the steelies/bias ply's that car is reet on!!

Not sure which I like better.

    Thanks guys.

I forgot to mention that I got started on the floorboards. I was a little hesitant to do them out of wood, but Model A's had wooden floorboards originally, so I guess it's cool. I'm not much of a woodworker, but I think they turned out OK.

Before anyone asks, the exposed U-joint and driveshaft will be covered before the drags get here.

For whatever my opinion is worth, the wood work looks damn good. As does the rest of the car.

Not hook up? Are you even going to be able to get 'em spinning for a burnout?:D

It's really purty and all, but I can't wait to see it run. That HEMI is gonna sound tough screaming down that tunnel of a track.

Brian, pictures look good. The setting is right for the car. I also think the floors look good in the car. Is the part above the windshield a 32 also? Either set of wheels is kick ***.

In my mind, I did not think that there was anything to change that could make this car even more bad***. I was wrong, those tires and wheels kick major ***. ****in wicked.

Cool car, cool wheels and tires, cool woodwork, and cool photography. It's a beauty.
