Any update on this? It has been a long week since he got back from vacation? If the guy is 'vindicated' so to speak, it might be good to post. If not, well, what an arsehole and I hope his dog runs away just to piss him off.

How about calling him and set up a ups or fedex call tag pickup from your end..Keep calling until he changes his phone #..Best of Luck..

I called him every other day for a month, with no response. I offered to pay for shipping. When I actually talked to him a while back, he said "well I've been out of town, and the package is too heavy for my wife to carry to the post office, I'll send it out this week."

  5. I showed my wife this thread and her thoughts were this....

When you end an auction early on ebay, you have 2 options.
    1. You cancel ALL bids and close the auction, and not sell the item.

    2. Or you can end the auction and sell to the highest bidder.

If you did the first option and you cleared all bids and sold this item to him with out having a transaction through ebay, then unfortunately there is nothing you can do. If however, you did the second option, you can go through ebay, and file a complaint and notice of non-payment. They will freeze his ebay account, and if he has a paypal account (he won't be able to sell anything, or pay for anything), or any bank account registered with ebay to pay for "seller fee's", then at the end of their investigation, you MAY be awarded your money from him. However, ebay is spotty at best about these things, kinda like Nascar, there are a lot of grey areas. But it doesn't hurt to try, and at the very least, anyone who looked at his userID, whether he's selling or bidding, would know what type of ebayer he is. And a lot of times when people see that they won't allow him to bid on their items, and that would be a real pain in the rear for him.

If you have any questions P.M. me, and I'll give you my contact information and you can talk to my wife. She's pretty good with the ebay thing.

Well, if you haven't done anything yet to resolve this, maybe you deserve to get ripped off.

A guy tried to fuck me in the ass once. Even though he was bigger than me, he learned that nobody fucks me in the ass. Nobody tries to fuck me in the ass unless they want a month in the infirmary or hospital.

The guy who fucked you is laughing at you right now.

Do something to claim your shit or write it off.
