A bunch of us are wanting to start a new car club here in Evansville Indiana. My Dad was a member of the club Pacemakers here in Evansville in the 60’s. We have thought about using this name. Is the name copyrighted? I know that there was or still is the Pacemakers in Ohio. How would I go about finding this out? I know that Obrian truckers still has the original molds for the plaques.
A lot of car clubs require the ownership of a certain year or type of car. Will your club require members to have an implanted Pacemaker to stay alive? Car guys are getting older.
Hopefully nobody in the club will need a pacemaker. Lol. We have talked about just doing a year cut off.
