This Deuce sedan is one of my all time favourite hot rods but I think this is the only photo I have ever seen of it. Is there any more info or photos of it? Was it ever featured in a magazine? I would love to get more info on it, can anyone help? Many thanks, Dave
Search Keith Bush 32 sedan. I believe it's been discussed here a couple times. Keith has owned it forever. It's been badly wrecked a couple times and brought back by Keith. Mick
Curiosity got the best of me, here you go. That car has had more lives than my 48. Folks Of Interest - It happened again - Keith Bush accident | The H.A.M.B. (jalopyjournal.com)
Panel stripped? Check AR's? Check SS fender Welting? Check Nerfs? Check Cool Ass 'Stones? Check Bitchin CA black tag (EVL 671)? Check (but needs a 671 blower under the hood) Hinges? Check Filled radiator and cowl? Check I'd lower the headlight bar, change out the driver's mirror and drive the hell out of it.
Many thanks for the replies, that is quite some history! Did Keith manage to get it repaired after the last accident? After doing a quick search I found a few more cool photos amongst all the images of Bush 32” TV’s
Great sedan, always love seeing old builds that stand the test of time. A bonus is/are the Fresno connections for me. Keith mentioning Snow-White gear on his placard is one of those things. Another is that Keith and my little league coach were kindred spirits. My coach had a 32 Tudor and a 32 pickup, both built in the late 50's early 60's and both lived long, productive lives on the street. Strong memory of riding to/from practice in the Tudor with coach. I ran into his daughter a few years ago and she said that coach had passed and the hotrods were no longer in the family. Bummer.
Keith should have sued the state of Washington, On the way to the '32 meet in Canada , he hit a tremendous bump, or dip, in the road just before a bridge. Just South of Woodland, Washington, Car went out of control, broke front axle. Did horrible damage, he and his wife were extremely fortunate to have survived. Dip had been a traffic hazard for quite sometime, it was neglected by the state for a long time .. One of my favorite sedans, AND I love a lot of them . !!!! Loved to know if its the same body, and if it is , who did the beautiful body work to bring it back, to be painted BLACK ???
I know, it's his car..,. basically a family member! Miss those mags and cannot stand those "Red Bull/Monster Amped" headlights on any car.
