UMMM yup that was us!!!Glad you found what you were looking for, I didn't find much that I was willing to haul out of there. Even though the weather ****ed ,the turn out was pretty good.
One more car event in our area and thats about it for me. Fri night Sept. 29 is Liscense To Cruise on the AVE in APPLETON .It's a great show ,about 400 cars or so. Gertrude and I will be there!!!! Was great talking to my fellow Hambers ( Louver Dude ,Stick shift ,and his dad,and Bug Man) didn't catch all the names but still had a good time!!

  8. I got a good deal on some flathead stuff. Not a bad show considering the threat of bad weather. :)

I didn't really find anything good, just some couldn't-p***-up $1 tent tools. That past few years I've gone, I've come away with atleat 1 $15 or less Holley 94, this year the cheapest one I saw was $50. But, I did get the coolest t-shirt ever. It's from these guys who call them selves "Aceholes." I guess they're some sort of hot rod club or something? I dunno who they are, but they sure seemed pretty cool :D

We filled my buddies truck up on friday. Wheel and tire deals mostly. I got some American with tires for $125. I have been looking for the Ford bolt pattern ones for a while. But my feel good deal was the rear end I got for $50, made my day.
Saturday was cool for meeting the HAMBers and picking up a BLEED shirt and some MAD FAB dvd and cds. Talking with Louver and Carguy was cool. Should have bought more **** though I guess. I did see quite a few HAMBers know that I think about it.

Thanks for the HAMB Discount Man ! Also bought a set of 15x4 aluminum slots and a set of 15x12 aluminum slots for a hundred a pair ..**** now I have to get to work so I have some money for the HCP.
HAMB meet'n greet was cool seeing stick, dad and carguy.

I got a some goodies for a few of my projects:
48 Ford front axle, wishbone, & spring set up.
    a 35 style rear wishbone,
    1940 Ford one-ton headlights,
    35 International grille,
couple of wrenches & other tools,
    and a book from side_valve.
I guess I beat Stick Shift to the 48 wishbone set up by five minutes! But since I don't need it, I'll have have to take it to the HCPu for him.

When the meet-n-greet was happening, I was on the other end, and was way to lazy, old, out of shape, and fat to be running back! Went up with my wife, my son, and his wife. Didn't even cover the whole place. The ladies stopped at every shirt or toy place there, I think. (They didn't buy anything!) Oh, well, wasn't really looking for anything, and didn't have a lot of cash. My son did buy an air compresser for $50, he's hoping it works...

Guess I'm going to have to go to the HCP so I can give Louver Dude back his red tie down strap. My son and his wife said something about riding along to the HCP with me and the wife. My coupe is a two seater. Asked them if they were planning on riding in the trunk?
