I got the gas tank installed in my 1960 Merc ragtop. I was thinking of using the carter 4594 electric pump. It says 4-8 PSI, so should work good with the Weber IDF48 carbs. Has anyone had any experience with this pump? i usually use the Holley electric knock-offs from Speedway Motors. They do work fine but are noisy. Thanks for any help.

Weber carbs use rather low pressure fuel delivery, I've seen 3.5psi quoted as a factory spec.
But if no one else beats me to it, I'll check the actual Weber Carburetor book this evening.
