1927 T Roadster Value?

I have a lakes modified 27 Ford that was an older build that I bought to fo through it and make it a fun driver. Unfortunately I am a bit too tall to be comfortable while driving the car. I have seen the prices of T from $5000 to $30,000 any idea of a good starting point for my car? Its a driver not a perfect show car. Turn the key and go
