I know this thread is 3 years old but I thought I'd comment on the IrishPol seats. I sold my 32 Lakester project to Dale Grau in Minnesota and that included the Irish bomber buckets. Dale installed them in the Lakester that he calls the Green Hornet. He has around 8,000 miles on the car which included a round trip from central Minnesota to the LARS and back. You can check with Dale about how comfortable they are. You can see the Green Hornet in detail if you get on Dales Facebook page and scroll down.

That modified had it's start in my shop where I built the chassis, did the wheels and tires and had almost everything to finish it except that cool trunk but I got burned out and sold it to Dale who did a fantastic job finishing it.

I know this is an old thread, but I figured I would share. I've started making bomber seats, every seat is better than the last. I started with a set for myself and it snowballed from there. I add contour to the back so it is very comfortable, even just made one for my son to do homework in, build models, etc. I've played around with the designs based on what people want and everyone has always seemed pleased.
