That's a tough one. They're unique looking enough that when you find a picture, you should be able to tell, but those are early, like teens or early 20's maybe, and there were so many manufacturers at that time. At least they're complete, they'll be usable for something.
I recall an early Buick bucket with stanchions similar. (Especially remember the cool 'cuffs' at the bottom: They just nestled right into a ridge in the cowling...)
