I really want to build a ‘23-‘25 T COUPE and I know the quarters on this play a big part!

  5. Oh man! That is soooooo cool! Would be a cool T shirt design! Is Sailor still around?

  6. I got the front of the ‘26 Roadster on the ground last night. All new front crossmember, powder coated parts, different wishbones, dropped axle, spring, F-100 brakes, new drums etc. I have a new radiator and an original ‘32 shell I got from my friend tbonezart and insert from my friend stevepattee72 The car is going to be way more detailed and built back better than when I got it.

  11. Yep! I’m getting the headers coated at Cap’s in Fresno, and then driving it at the Governor’s Cup in Sac on the 23rd and then Tucson at the Ducttape Drags!

I wasn’t around the hamb when the original car was built. Probably wasn’t until about ten years later. I’m really looking forward to seeing the next version/car come together!

No longer is it "a roached rod". Now it's Sam's nice rod.

  26. The only Roach Rod part left on it is the rearend housing. It had been narrowed for this '26 T body, so I couldn't use it. The rest is all different parts!

Any progress on the ReRoach Rod?

  28. All the parts are tucked away for when I get time. I have to finish this car, and sell it. Then I have my '55 moredoor (The POS) to get running again. I also have my drag model A that I need to do first... although I might tag team the new Roachy and the drag car, because doing two cars at once will get both finished faster.

  29. Too cool. I remember reading (and dreaming) about that car and the fun you were having with it back in the day.
I miss my Bomb Factory Digger shirt as well... amazing how long ago yet how much like yesterday those times were.

The 'new' version is pretty damn cool. Congrats on keeping it alive and kicking.
