Technical Stipe 340 camshaft

Whats the best way to run-in or break-in a Stipe 340 camshaft?
Special assembly fluid or grease needed? Wich engine oil? Or other requirements?

 

Ask the guy that made the camshaft. Asking this way you are going to get conflicting information about cam
break-in's.

All of these, https://www.summitracing.com/search...er=Ascending&keyword=camshaft break-in grease will work, they were designed from the get go for proper break-ins. Grease on the cam will stay, assembly lube will run off. Be ready to start it, don't shut it down till done, don't over heat it!

 

I bought some 340 cams from Stipe a few years ago - happy to sell them to me, but no response when I asked about spring pressures or valve lash.
