The 12/15/22 issue of Fuel Curve had a good short story about Pete's career. For those that don't know him it will give you a little insight about Pete.
<<< Pete built the 32 narrowed frame for my/VanAmburg 26 T coupe. A beautiful piece of work............
I started this thread because Pete was who got me started building 32 ch***is. I first saw pictures of him doing a ch***is on a couple of sawhorses in his small shop. I thought I can do that. My first deuce frames mimicked Pete's but I soon developed my own style and opted for a frame table instead of sawhorses. I still think he's one of the best/creative hot rod ch***is builders ever and also the best headlight bar dropper in the country
P-Wood did the ch***is under this roadster using P&J’s Hot Rod Parts back in 86. He definitely gets em right. Many trouble free smiles to the miles with this one. Glad to see an article written about the Prince of Crown City (Pasadena). .
Always admired P-Wood talent. Never dreamed I would own a car he had a part in building. Bought it in September of "97.............
