I’m curious who can tell me what these are. Obviously Isky parts and 265/283 marked on them. Valve train related? Spark plug holders? Need to know more!!

Used that same, 265-283, plate and springs in my race engines. It was a bit of a pain to put the heads on unless you used some guide pins. I was always going to put a set of studs in the block, but never got around to it.
