I have an early Hemi with a P.A.W. water crossover which uses a Chev thermostat. What T stat housing did they use. The bolt pattern is 2 5/8 tried Mopar and Chev both too wide.

If the compatibility listing is right, some of the later Fords used the same. Don't know if it will work but you can try a thermostat housing # 84818 Fourseasons, ch4818 Motorad, or 902-1024 Dorman.
I have a PAW supercharger water crossover on my 392 and it uses a thermostat housing off of a 429/460 Ford... It also uses a thermostat from the same cars....The O-Ring type housing won't work...The chrome ones always leaked..
I had the same issues. Ford t stat worked but finding a housing that would seal was a little problematic. Used a Ford 351 straight up and made my own gasket from rubber.
