Hemidav: You always seem to find some very old rare images for drag racing and I wondered how you manage to find them? I am almost 77 years old and I remember seeing many of these cars at drag strips in New England from the early 60's Do you know the names of the drag strips where the pictures were taken? Charles Town pops in my mind and remember those early days. Thanks for sharing. Jim "Jimbo" Hill
Jimbo, I find them on all sorts of different sites, vintage pics of 40s to the 1970s, Mopar, Ford, and Chevy super stock and drag raging sites, old pics of strips like Lebanon Valley, Orange, Sanford, ME, etc.

I remember those cold windy New England days after a snow storm with all the snow packed down hard on the streets, winter seemed to never leave. I'm cold just looking at the picture. Great Paper City pictures. Thanks.
