Maybe carbs are too rich. Check the distributor, if using the Loadamatic.

Short video. Really too hard to judge.
Seems to be taking gas well.
The valves seem a little too noisy. But that’s only a small impression based on what little can be seen. Exactly what are you suspecting?

    Is this a test? :)

    Need type of distributor please.
Lots can be attributed to a miss.
    Compression? Plug fouled?
Plug wire bad and distributor shorts

Ok, you say ''The motor is new.''
It's a bit hard to hear with the straight pipes, but to me it sounds a bit retarded. (I could be wrong)
Has it had a tune up proir to starting, as in set plug gap, HT leads in the correct order, points / cam dwell and timing set, carb float level, and idle mixture set??

MSD distributor. NASA conducts tests! I'll have to take it back to the builder.

Just wondering who the builder was. And did they dyno test it first?

I got it running, however, the motor wants to cut out after 3rd gear. So what is happening?

5 and 7 are rather clean. Are they getting steam cleaned from a little leaking water?

You painted it purple! No wonder it’s pissed off and not behaving right.
