And here is a left field question: I have three 1957 Chevy Saginaw 319 3 Speeds missing the R10 with over drives and two Borg Warner T85s also missing the R11 Overdrives, other wise all 5 have unbroken case and are complete lacking the out put shaft from inside the transmission as they went with the overdrives. I have NOT found any local stick shifter transmission rebuilder in Phoenix AZ that have any interest is any of these parts. Anyone here interested?? Rich
Get yourself the Muncie M13 HD 3 speed. Came in trucks & big block Chevelles, Impalas, etc. I'm using one behind a 327 in my unfinished '36 Chevy truck. I previously ran this trans in my circle track stock car. Damn close appearance to the Saginaw, and supposed to be beefier (bearings, etc.). I'm sure there's someone who knows more about them on here than I do...
