Jim Dillon, your book just arrived today. Thanks for all your effort and time. Paging through I saw a good section on Chris Lang's car, a local racer. I know guys that helped build it and a friend traveled with him for a summer. I wish you success with the book.

Scotty, I don't know all the little differences from year to year on Corvettes like I do other Chevys but I'm pretty sure stack injectors weren't stock that year.

 

I admit that I don't know jack rootie poot about Corvettes, but it appears that those stacks are not for the car... unless it has a large engine set back.
What are we looking for Scotty? Maybe they are behind the car.

 

The stacks are what i was thinking about, but they do look a bit off. Also it looks like another vette in the background with trunk open
