Despite the weather, the wife and I had a freaking great time. Was a little soggy driving in the Cdan but sure was fun cruisin' downtown with everyone. I know we'll be there again next year. Hats off to all the Outkasts for all the hard work to put out a great show. Met some super nice people and had a blast. Thanks again! Flathead from North Dakota

That's a Chevy. Looks like a stock front end setup (With a few modifications, of course.)

I can remember this kid taping off flames at a show in '99 or 2000 (Might have been Paso or CHRR). He was only something like 8 years old at the time and some of the oldtimers were blown away at how the kid could lay out a flame job. He would work the tape with his thumb and if he didn't like it just peel it right off and lay it down again. It was impressive. Looks like the kid could have a future in the custom car world huh?

It appears he flipped the chassis and running it underslung where the springs rid on top. You see a few people do it this way. I'd like to try it or a 1/4 eliptic set up one day. More common on makes other than Ford that used the parallel leaf springs. I don't think I've ever seen it done with a transverse spring. Don't think it would look good.

Rocky set this chassie up around ten years ago.I own the car now and find the set up fun to drive, but you are driving. the ground clearence is extreme but,I've been driving it a year now and I can live with sparks. It has Armstrong lever action shocks to keep tire contact and runs 65 with stock 55 chevy drive train. This hot rods about as much fun as this ol turd can handle. If you have specific questions about the front end Rocky should feel free to jump in here later SOT
