History CAN ANYONE IDENTIFY THIS MYSTERY FASTBACK AUTOMOBILE

I ran across this photograph this morning while looking for something else. Just curious if anyone knows what this car was originally.
The wheels remind me of potentially, Packard or Marmon wheel's.

Looks like something Bad Chad would have cobbled up to me.
