Customs Inspiration and input for 35 ford

I have been away from the forum for a few years, but logged in now and realized how much good help I have received here in the past.
Therefore, I would like to introduce myself, my cars and my wishes for them.
I am a 31-year-old Norwegian man. In my spare time I play drums in an early electric blues band called The Jelly Roll Men and drive around in my old cars.

My girl drives a pink '56 Licoln and I have a '31 Ford that I keep working on.

Last month I bought a '35 Ford Roadster that is built like a 90's street rod. This has 350/350, Mustang 2 etc.
I want to turn this into a classic custom, but need inspiration and input about this.
1. Does anyone have pictures of unchopped 35/36 roadster/convertible in classic 40'-50' style?
2. Since the car has a small ford bolt circle, I have to use 15" rims. I think 6.70-15 tires look a bit big for it but Firestone also offers 6.40-15. I think these have a bit narrow white wall, but I haven't seen pictures of these tires on car. Does anyone have pictures for me?

You do have quite an accent, though.

I can find many pictures of chopped 35/36 roadsters, but none unchopped in the right style. Therefore I'm wondering if it can look right or if it requires a chop. I see some shops offer chopped windshield frames and posts, are there chopped tops available at the market as well?

To be honest…..
I wouldn’t touch that 35.
It’s absolutely beautiful.
Man you have a lot of cool toys for a 31 year old.
I’d pick on a more incomplete car to customized

I'd remove the driving/fog lights and horns to unclutter the front end. The rest is perfect.

 

That '35 is beautiful as is. I'd lose the greyhound hood ornament, but otherwise leave it alone.

The '56 Lincoln and '31 Ford are both beautiful as well.

 

I wouldn't change anything, drive it and enjoy it. Maybe try finding a 35 that is in bad shape? Yours is just too nice to start changing up. It already has that "look"

Great car, I'd lose the red wheels if it were me. The black top, black interior and black running boards makes me wonder what black wall tires and full caps with a black center medallion would look like?

Something like this but black in the center.

 

The first picture that Rickybop posted is a great mild custom to emulate. Everything is bolt on and easily returned to present streetrod configuration. Fender skirts, '41 bumpers and even the top and winshield is easy bolt on with out any body mods. A Carson top is an option. Single bar flipper hub caps.
