For your consideration is a 1940 Ford Deluxe Coupe. This coupe is a fresh barn find car and it is very original overall. The engine does run, I filled the carb and it started right up. It rolls easily and the brakes are not locked up but the master cylinder is frozen. You are buying everything pictured, there are many original, restored and new parts with this car. The dashboard, column and steering wheel have been beautifully restored, even the original clock is intact. The dash also has a new wiring harness and the original Philco radio was restored. As you can see in the pictures the rear metalwork needs to be finished, there are new lower quarter patch panels and rockers. The deck lid edge and door bottoms are very nice. The only major body panel missing is the p***enger side rear fender. The original seat and all of the interior garnish moldings are included. Even the original spare tire and mount are in the trunk. The running boards have been fully restored with new rubber. Almost everything for this car is here, I would say it’s 90 percent complete after going through all of the parts.
