man this is a great thread!! I love the Rocco and Cheaters pics! I dont regret much but being poor 20 years ago and not being able to buy more parts from them when they were cleaning out is certainly one of them...

Side note, I hope to see some Honest Charley pics!!!

 

I remember on an episode of American Pickers where Mike went to Rocco & Cheaters. The ol' dude still had one of the Ford trucks in the shop. It was amazing how much vintage N.O.S. stuff was in there.

 

I remember Arrow speed shop on Independence ave , Ronnies on 23rd st. , Chrome Auto Supply on Truman rd, Manns on 23rd.

 

Nothing since Aug 11 2022, well a friend of mine (Baby Cakes Willys) is depressed because the Dover Dragstrip reunion and races is this weekend and the forecast is for rain so we are not going. But here is a photo of Jack Merkel's shop in the mid 60's.
