. Here's the YouTube video walk around for any further info yall might thing you have on it. I'm aware the front has 32 ford grill and radiator shell. The body I was told is a 29 plymouth coupe I believe it was cut to roadster stlye. Only numbers I can find anywhere is a 7 digit vin stamp p***enger side door. Any further info would be appreciated as I will be sizing out a new seat cause this one is too small and has a decent foot of gap between seat and rear . Also would like a convertible soft top etc. It's only the beginning so bare with my lack of knowledge on this vehicle .
It is a coupe with the top cut off and some fabricated panels and maybe the *** end of some later 30s fat fendered car or at least the decklid is. . It isn't really one thing in particular.
30 years ago my stepdaughter got out of my roadster and her leg touched the header/muffler -- located as yours is. She still has a scar from it.
Thanks. Yea the motor is sound runs great just a cool lil Indiana Jones adventure trying to find out what body parts are from what and just finding out proper info this site is beyond helpful . Great community
Yes heat wrap in that area helps I had a t bucket before this with pipes right there always got my eye on kids coming near the vehicle
Thanks for the info. Much appreciated. Yea I was thinking the same like a 33 or above deck lid cause the chubby extension wish I knew who built it was just one of them Frankenstein finds
In Thanks I'm finding out more and more everyday on it. My first rod with the parrelel springs sticking out don't see too many of those so to me a whole different ball game that setup. It rides really well also
I kinda like it, the bones are there for sure! Sorry cant help on the ID of anything though. As far as the soft top goes, you'll be into a custom job for sure. Could be a cool project though and i'm sure there is plenty of info out there on the process.
