Don’t know about Hershey, but Iola has a shower building in the campground, a shower trailer in the swap grounds, and the local high school has showers available in the locker room for a small fee. That won’t help you, but it’s an example of the organizers catering to the needs of the customers.
There are several full service truck stops within a few miles that have showers for a price. Same as when you use the shower at the Truckstop at Bonneville when you stay at the end of the road. A few bucks but worth it.
Camping offsite? Like at Hersheypark Campgrounds? There's 3 shower bldgs there, even the old one is nice and clean. If you're just sleeping in your truck somewhere I dunno what to suggest. For the record I've stayed at the Featherlite Hilton many times. Yes, that means sleeping in my trailer parked in the overflow at the campground. For the last 5yrs or so we've been sharing a cabin with our group of miscreants.
Camping offsite like in a parking lot. I am on the road over 300 days a year hauling vehicles and most nights are spent in a Lowe’s or Home Depot parking lot. I started out fueling at Flying J and getting free showers and safe parking in 2006 but things went to hell as truck stop chains started decreasing services and raising fuel and shower prices. So I got a Planet Fitness Black Card monthly membership for around $20 a month … Jim
Shower? Is it Sunday already? But seriously, I grew up with many week+ hunts. Even the yellow jackets won’t build a nest in my old hunting truck
