Hot Rods Holdridge Radii Cutter 4S

Anybody have or know where I can get the straight yokes for a Holdridge Radius Cutter 4 S? There are 3 of them. Holdridge is out of business. I want to make some tube bending dies. Thanks in advance, Steve
