Event Coverage Gathering at the ROC 2023 ROLL CALL.

Clay and I were eating pizza in Pawhuska and were a bit concerned that Joe and Charlotte might not make it in time for the Friday evening award that we were scheduled to present to him. The schedule got a little out of control which pushed the award back a little late, so I asked Jason if he minded if when we presented the award, if we had Joe fire up the '35 and drive it down in front of the "stage". That 21 stud flatty sounds NASTY, and I think Joe was a little overwhelmed by the applause he got as he was stepping out to receive the award.

They started their adventure at 7pm Tuesday evening, drove all night to spend the night Wednesday in Ohio, then did another long run from there to Marshfield, MO on Thursday, and into Bartlesville Friday night.

Watching his posts on the ride home, they left OK, took the southern route through Memphis and stopped to see the King, and kept on going all the way to North Carolina before getting a hotel.

Not only was the car super cool, but the adventure of a lifetime for Joe and Charlotte made it a very easy choice for us to make it our CrossMembersCC Club Pick.

 

It was kool to see ya this weekend. Enjoyed our visit..
