Technical 1940 ford pickup door glass track install

Got new gl*** for a ‘41 ford and hood used tracks. Does anybody know if the tracks attach to the gl*** in a specific position? The front has an “arm” on it that I believe goes into the wide gl*** run at the front of the door. Does this arm on the track go all the way into that gl*** run? Any help appreciated.

Better yet, anybody have a pic of the window with the track on it just prior to install?

 

This is what I have. I think this is right but not 100% sure. The front “arm” is thin enough to slid inside the window channel. The back does not fit inside the channel so it is away from it a bit. Is this right?
