Condolences to the Livingston family and friends in the passing of Frank...I recognize his Custom Fleetline that had many levels of artistic change over the years...such a vibrant array of complimentary colors it wore as well...He certainly had great grasp on getting the lines to flow without a doubt...may he rest in peace. Thanks for sharing this loss to the Community of Vintage Custom, Hemi.

Club meeting at Ron Brook's house from several years ago. Four members in this photo are now gone. Frank, Lon who is seated next to him, and Bill who is seated next to Lon and Ken Kent whom I'm speaking with in the background. 998701_10201443324155958_1613946646_n.jpg

IMG_1162.jpeg IMG_1161.jpeg I met Frank and his wife about 5 years ago at the Custom Car Revival in Indy where he was the honored guest. Age has taken a toll on him, but he was in good spirits. And I am sure he had a good time. Bought a poster Kevin had made off of a picture Frank had had for years. A true car guy who has had many topnotch customs throughout the years.

  18. Frank was a true gentleman, never too busy to talk customs. I'm so glad I got to meet him at the Leadsleds in 2005. Another great one has left big shoes to fill.
My deepest condolences to his family and friends and many, many fans out there. He will be missed. Vaya con Dios Mr. Livingston..........E

  19. I first met Frank & his wife Kathy in the early '80s (through Goodguys & their friendship with my parents) . . . such great people!

In the late '80s, Frank finished his 2nd Chevy Fleetline Custom . . . a '51 known as "The Elegant Relic":

In the late '90s, Frank finished his 3rd Chevy Fleetline Custom . . . a '49 he named "The Crown Jewel":

  20. In 2002, Frank finished his 4th (& final) Chevy Fleetline Custom . . . a '49 built as a tribute to his 1st Chevy Fleetline Custom . . . which he dubbed "The Caribbean II":

Yeah he lived life well and never gave up the passion. He had good taste in what to do, its obvious from what you've been sharing @HEMI32. Actually not unlike many here...we live and breathe it while aging gracefully, hence the saying enjoy every day as our time is not eternal on this big ball we are on...those Fleetlines are real curvy...
