Technical wheel block off plates

does anyone still make polished aluminum rear wheel block off plates for halibrand wheels?

 

@hotrodhoodlum has been selling some on here, in parts for sale, for the last several years.

 

How do you block off a rear wheel?

Might work depending on the spacing of the bolts
