I built a jig and set it on it. Next weekend I hope to get everything stripped and Z the rear of the frame. Possible start on the crossmember install for the front suspension.

The frame is "Z'd" and my welder took a ****. No worries.....The rear is sitting on jack stands tacked to the jig. The front crossmember is almost finished too. Lots of welding next weekend!
Change of plans, Swapped the frame for a 2004 GMC crewcab short bed, Bagged the front , The cab is mounted. Engine is just sitting on blocks here,
Looking great! Good idea starting with such a nice cab. If I were to do another COE, I would look much harder for a solid cab. I certainly enjoyed patching mine back together and learned A LOT but the amount of time was huge... what's the tape outline on the LF fender?
