Get the air out of the Hydroboost's power steering fluid first. then bleed the brake master like you would on any other car. On my truck I jacked up the front end and turned the steering wheel lock to lock a bunch of times till I couldn't see any bubbles in the reservoir and it worked fine. Did first with the engine off and then with it running, Occasionally I've had to pull a vacuum on the reservoir to get the last bit of air out of the hydroboost.
