Ok guys I haven't had any interest at all. Is there something wrong with it? Am I out of line on the price? Some feedback would be really appreciated.

Well it's barely been posted 4 days and this is my first time seeing it. Seems like a decent price to me, not everyone is on here everyday. Have some patience, small parts are easy quick sales but buying a car takes a lot more thought and consideration. Just because nobody has commented yet doesn't mean they haven't told their friends about it. I'm not in the market for another car right now but always looking at whats out there and will p*** this along if I hear of someone looking.

Thanks. I was hoping to deal with some real car guys. I tried market place and it was a bunch of scammers and wanna be car guys that wanted to trade there busted daily for it. Just discouraged I guess. I don't want to sell it that bad, but it's time due to life. Had To make a choice either the 55 or the 30A Tudor sedan.

It's probably because you have that ugly distributor on there. lol. All kidding aside it's a nice car for a decent buck. I think you'll just need to try different places. There are several 55/56 groups on Fb, I'd start there. FB marketplace is real hit or miss depending on area from what I have seen. In Fb search Ford 55/56 and there are 5 or 6 groups that come up.

I used the HEI on my '54 with a 302 never a problem and if you need parts it's all Chevy stuff you can get over the counter locally, if your Pertronix fails you are dead in the water on the road. I used a Blue Cap :D:D

Everyone has their preferences. It tough to figure out when you build or finish one someone started. What you like others don’t so you need to be patient when selling.
I’m ok with an engine swap but prefer it to look like engine when it was in the stock car it came from but that’s usually fixable if that’s what a buyer is looking for. I don't like AN fittings and lines that are “in your face” on a cruiser street engine. I remove the color with EZ off oven cleaner clear coat or paint BBQ black and if possible cover the stainless with heat shrink. Same with rubber gas lines and a filter in the center of it and colored spark plug wire. Neatness/clean always counts.
I like 55-56 post body Fords like many do. Sorry but it’s hard for me to see the theme in your car. It has a custom grille and dummy spots but appears lowered only in the front. Where I am both are for lowered level cars and that for some means work if they are custom buyers. There are a few Facebook pages for 55-56 Fords and they include buy and sell ads.. you need to get all the exposure you can.
You will sell it be patient and good luck.

Sold, but I have a ton of parts left including a 4wheel disc Lincoln Versailles swap with aero star coils and a master cylinder kit from dve at drop and stop.
