    Not sure what you are asking for help on. The second pics dont look like the same engine. A little more explanation?

    Looks normal to me for a old flat 6 ..... what is your question?
     
  4. Flat head six. A flat 6 would be a Corvair or Porsche engine.

    The spark plugs seem to have moved and it has been fitted with a rocker cover.

    In your other post you were asked to measure the head.
    23" = 230 (Dodge & Plymouth)
    25" = 251 (Chrysler)

    One picture of a Mopar flathead six, and three pictures of a cylinder head on an OHV V8, probably a Pontiac. That's all the help I can give, based on the information.

    I am trying to identify to get some idea of the value. This stuff has been left for me to dispose of and I really do not want to scrap it if someone can use it. I have my truck but no need for these parts. Thanks for everyone's help Mr. 48 chevy was a help on the Pontiac.
