Yes, I believe that it is the Alliance cowl tag that I have yet received. My mailing info has been filled in since I joined, however I recently noticed that there is no option to select a province for my address (I live in Canada). So..... today I just added Ontario (that's the Province in which I reside) beside the name of my city. Not sure if that will help you or if that was even the reason for delay but would appreciate it if you would let me know the status of the shipping of the cowl tag. Thanks, Dave.
