Technical Steel Wheel ID Help

    Got this single in a pile of parts a couple weeks back.
    16x6
    5x5.5
    Hubcap clips like a Lincoln wheel, but without the 4 slots. Rivited all the way around the barrell.

    Any experts out there?

    Hub bore is 3.5inch, just like a 40 wheel.
