O/T - SEMA SHOWin Vegas

Ill be going to the SEMA show in Vegas this year- anyone else? I want to hang with the cool kids while I'm there.
I know there will be lots of rice ride stuff but there is still enough to keep me busy for the shop

 

I'll Be there, up on the 4x4 and truck floor though, hopefully i'll make it downstairs to checkout the hotrod area.

 

I won't be going this year but, friends of mine are finishing up 4 cars for SSBC. An HHR, a Mustang, a Buick Lacerene, and a late 60's chevy pick up.
The HHR is pretty cool, the pick up truck is OK but nothing real special. The other two I could do without. Nice work on all of em but not my taste.
They did a 59 Impala wagon for Sony last year that I liked alot. They won best paint at the Oakland Roadster show with that one.

 

I will be there. But I never hungout with the cool crowd...So I will avoid you at at cost.

 

What are the dates? I should probably be there, "for work purposes..."

I will be there I have my dually and 59 bug going in the show as well as transporting a cool 57 cad up there

I live here in Vegas and a bunch of my buddies come every year, beings they are involved in the 4x4 scene. They are compe***ors in the UROC event held in the parking lot. Fun bunch of younger guys that would not mind more people hanging out with them. Drop me a PM if your down.

 

Maybe we should plan to meet for a bit during the week? Maybe after the show closes one night we can meet? Thoughts?

Went the last two years but I am pretty sure I am going to p*** on it this year.

 

I will be there... Finding a place to meet after closing for some food and beer sounds good to me...I will be there the 31st-4th.....EVILT

 

I'm not familiar with the area, so someone else will have to pick the place. I know I have to attend some receptions at night with my wife ,Dana(she is actually the person going, Im just tagging along) but dont know what nights we are around yet.

Can't wait to be walking for 3 million sq/ft, a beer sounds good just thinking about it, where are ya'll meetin? we should see if we can crash some afterparty and make it our own, I went to the kicker party 2 years ago, they had snowmobiles doing backflips over dirt jumps, crazy.

I will be attending the ARMO and HRIA receptions as well as the SEMA reception and banquet (which is Thursday nite) . The receptions usually end around 8pm so Im thinking maybe we can all plan to meet Wednesday night about 8;30 or 9? Sort of in the middle of the week so we can chat about what we have seen and then go see what we missed.

Do we want to meet at a hotel bar or elsewhere? Im staying at Caesars if there are good places to have a drink there that arent too bad.
We could always plan to meet during the day too for coffee or something
