Sold!!!! Up for sale is one of the most sought after versions of the legendary Borg Warner T5 manual transmission. This unit has the hard to find V8 gear set with the following gear ratios: 1st gear: 2.95 2nd gear:1.94 3rd gear: 1.34 4th gear: 1.00 5th gear: .63 This particular transmission came out of a 1986 Camaro with a V8 engine. Serial number is 1352-157-00. I was told the car was running and shifting properly prior to removal. I have verified myself that the transmission spins nice and smooth, end play feels spot on, and it bench shifts nicely through all the gears. The gear ratios on this transmission make it perfect for a hot rod, and the T5s are very light and compact so they fit in most applications. It bolts right up to a small block chevy with the standard chevy bellhousing. These V8 T5s are becoming harder to find. I will ship on buyer's dime, which will run about $175.
