Never seen one but is this the unit in question? Self explanatory. Work = ground cable (clamp) Electrode = welding stick holder.
I used to work for the largest Hobart distributor. That’s a really old machine. Several years ago, Hobart was purchased by the same company that owns Miller (ITW), and all the industrial/HD type machines were sold to another company ( I think Prestolite, and I don’t think they even exist any more). Today, Hobart only makes wire, electrodes, and the small hobby type machines. I don’t think they even have records of the old stuff any more. Good luck with your search. And maybe a photo of the front panel could help us help you.

BITD........when I was still pretending-to-work, there was a Hobart water cooled TIG machine in the shop. Man! was that a sweet welding machine ... OP welding machine prolly has 60-70 lbs of clean copper inside the machine. Jus say'in ! 6sally6
