Art & Inspiration Chopped Tops

{ SORRY } I just noticed that I had already posted about this one! Just get'n old? A 3'' chop. Dodge already had a factory chop to start with. { notice that I used a hacksaw lol }

 

My 46 coupe that has turned into a LONG term project aka been distracted by other projects!

 

So I would really like to hear your chop top story's and maybe see your lowered top cars.

First chop, 4", hack saw, jig saw, Craftsman welding set, one weekend.......

I sold the black 34 and missed it so much I decided to replace it. Chopped this one a little more this time.

 

Clarence when it left the painter. At upholstery now. Haven't decided yet what wheels to use.

Memories! We had a "Chop Top Party" for Kustom7777, Jim Laga, back in (2010?). Had a great time, and did his "Hamb famous" 41 Cadillac.

 

I've chopped a few over the years.

First chop...oxy/acy torches and coat hangers.

A-bone coupe 2-1/2 inches. Sold it for college $
