Hot Rods NC swapmeet Dec.2-3-2023

This dragstrip has been closed all summer after some troubles with repaving part of the track. They bit the bullet and dug the whole track up and repaved all of it. This show is always a good one . Hopefully I will get to make a few laps in the Studebaker.

 

Rain in the forecast ! they have moved it to next weekend . The 9th and 10th.

 

I had planned on making the trip down there Saturday, it's supposed to be warm . Probably will be cold and windy the 9th + 10th

 

Looks like everything is a go for tomorrow. Heavy rain, wind and cold temperatures Sunday though.

 

Stop by and say hello if you make it tomorrow, I will be behind the concession stand. I have a young guy ( 40 lol ) setting up for his first time coming with me. You can't miss my rusty ole truck !
