I got these heads with a bunch of old top fuel Donovan stuff. There are no markings on the heads. I’m unsure if the rocker assemblies are even for them. The old timer I got them from said he could never find out what brand they were.

They look nothing like Donovan 417 heads.

    Any help would be great. IMG_8478.JPG IMG_8477.JPG IMG_8476.JPG IMG_8475.JPG IMG_8474.JPG

I think they could be by Al Sharp, he made aluminum heads for the 554 fuel coupe some of, if not the earliest for the Chrysler hemi of Mooneyham and Sharp.

It looks like they are o-ringed, so i would assume a boosted application.

Here’s Gene Mooneyham wrenching on the hemi and it has those heads too.
Early on they were without the water necks, that was a later addition by Sharp.
The heads were noticeable by their flat ends, the Donovan’s had some contour to the castings.
Update- here’s another photo of Keith Black looking the heads over with Al.

Standard pricing goes this way, If you got them and I want them ,they are worth gold to you . If I got them and you want them they are a dime a dozen.

These are my Al Sharp heads. Apparently only about 12 sets were made.
