I have been told that there is a HEMI in this picture.

 

I can't speak to the HEMI but there's definitely a semi

The king at MCACN, Hemi introduced and dominated the Daytona 500 in 1964.

 

Mr. Norm’s 1965 AWB Coronet that Gary Dyer campaigned for him. The ET’s reported in the Midwest match race circuit were called popcorn times so Norm and Gary went West and ran an 8.63 at Lions to set the low ET record for that event.

it's done finished and driving 150 miles. Little 291 Desoto did 324 hp on engine dyno.
