Are you talking about those toothed gear drives for the throttle shafts? They didn't work, they side-loaded the shafts and wore out the throttle plate itself.

That's funny a friend of mine is looking for a 650 double pumper for a turbo v6 blow through, and I just told him to do that last week. I had a couple of carbs many years ago with that done I would just make sure you use a 50 cc pump, the primary squirter had two long br*** tubes intalled and you drill two holes through the choke ****erfly for them to p*** or remove the material once you get it worked out they are pretty good sort of like
a 660 center squirter I never used the toothed secondary so I don't know

Ditto about the 50cc pump.... Also, you gotta use the matching pump cam for it. I have one on a 780 cfm Holley marine carb that I want to try out on my 352 ci '91 LX this Spring. :D

We had a 58 Edsel wagon and Dad put the Eelco deal on it, worked great, he even put center pivot bowls on it. :D I'll snoop around for the add too. Lippy

fellow on anra site sent this to me no charge
    eelco kit
you install the extention tubes yourself using the provided drill/drill jig in the original holley discharge nozzle in your carb
the kit has the gears allen bolts for all the 3&4 barrel holleys popular at the time

  15. I used to run them on stock cars and thought they may have given it more "stab" proabbly very wrong:(
until one night when the gears come loose:eek: and never tried that again!!
the interesting life of a racer and the self inflicted pains of being a "hot dogger"

still got a few pieces in the carb box
used to build a lot of carbs from pieces, finally put most of them back together and sold them

Have you guys looked into Holley's 660 "Center squirter" carb?? You can still buy those new from Holley. Look up List # R-4224... Holley also made an 850 version R-4223 which I believe was used on trucks. Both of those came with the 50 cc "Reo" pumps on them.

Yup. Definitely race calibrated when stock (4224s). Originally intended for dual carb tunnel ram set-ups.

Just got done reading an article about having the carb machined for annular discharge boosters.... Should be worth an extra 20 ft. pounds of torque... Might be worth looking into....

  28. That is cool u selling it ?

  29. FYI, G***erjohn hasn't been around here since 2014.
