As @mad mikey said, indeed, wishing all of the HAMBERS, all over the world and the entire H.A.M.B. Universe, a very Merry Christmas, and a happy new year!

Seems that wishing holiday greetings is traditional. So Happy Holidays to whatever you are celebrating and Best Wishes for a safe, happy and peaceful 2024.

  21. Merry Christmas to my HAMB family! A fellow club member made this pic a few years back when my daily driver T-bird got a little snow on it which rarely happens here…

    Hello,
For you folks that do not read the antiquated section of the HAMB. Here is a quick edition of a last minute project for you to add to your "last minute shopping." It does not take long, it is hand made and is personalized for a nice feeling of "You did it."

We all have seen @Ron Funkhouser and is hot rod builds. So, with that in mind, here is a simple project for those that left the last minute shopping ideas for today and tonight. There still is time.

    What? a box?

The cost of a photo paper or a thicker paper that will fit into your printer is needed. You have your pile of your own photos of …whatever. That keeps this project very “Low Buck.” It is what is inside that can surprise or increase your value to the person receiving the gift.

Thanks to @Ron Funkhouser for having so much documentation on his hot rod photos. this makes any project easy to do and finish in record time.

It took me about 1 hour and 30 minutes to make/print the project and my first time I glued the photos onto the box pattern first. These days, it took me 15 minutes to copy, size, paste onto the blank form. Ten seconds to print with the photos already in the correct pattern and a minute to fold/glue the completed form together. So, it is about a 16 minute project if you need a “low buck” present-look to surprise the person.

    Note:

It does not matter what goes inside, it looks home made with a little style of old hot rodding and your intense effort. Gift cards will fit once you adjust the size of your pattern on the 8 x 10 paper. If you use larger photo paper or poster paper that will fit in the printer, you can enlarge the size of the pattern and your photos can be multiples on each side or one big one.

But, remember, the larger the photo posted and printed, the more blur comes into play. It is just the way it is. Unless, of course, you have a camera with the most MP or megapixels and a high end lens. YRMV

You may color the pattern any color you select. The shown colors were added to tell you where to fold and/or glue.

    Good luck…
