I looked to see if there was an engine mount thread on the HAMB but did see one. I’m looking for different ideas of how to mount this tubing to the frame. I need them removable at the bottom because I need to be able to slide the motor/trans out the front of the truck. Thanks!
Try putting what your searching for into Google and ending it with hamb, works great and should yield dozens of engine mount threads. but since we are here and I’ve got a solution I’ll add some photos I have on hand. you basically need to make a lower pad for the frame side and a taller bolt on engine side. Then you can in bolt it from frame height and from the engine depending on what clearance your needing edit: realize this didn’t totally answer your actual question but offered a different solution. any reason you couldn’t un bolt the mount from the engine, off from the tubing and remove it all together before sliding the motor out? Will the bellhousing clear the stands?
Run the motor mount tubes to the top of the frame rail. Instead of welding the tubes directly to the frame rail make them removable by welding them to rectangular plates that are bolted to the frame.
